As a new JIS exhibitor, we want to make sure you get the most out of your experience. Our New Exhibitor Concierge Program outlines tips for first-time exhibitors, helping you plan from start to finish. See below for more information and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
The JIS New Exhibitor Concierge Program includes:
- Sales Rep check ins to make sure you understand what's included in your exhibitor package to maximize ROI and visibility at the show
- Customer Success Manager (CSM) check ins to keep you on track with ordering deadlines and important action items leading up to the show
Phase 1
- Complete your Exhibitor Profile - Located in the exhibitor hub. Make sure to complete your profile with contact information and photos. Your info is listed in the 2026 exhibitor directory and provides you pre-show and at-show exposure to attendees and press.
- Review the Exhibitor Manual - The manual outlines ordering deadlines, move-in/move-out information, and everything in-between. Discount deadlines are noted to help you save on costs! Deadlines start February 6.
- Use our Booth Planning Tool - Use this tool to create a personalized checklist for everything you need to order for your booth including exact steps on how to order.
- Book Travel - Confirm your travel plans to Miami Beach, FL.
Phase 2
- Register your Booth Staff - Located in the exhibitor hub. Register all booth staff to avoid any on-site delays.
- Invite Your Customers - Invite your network to JIS Spring with social banners customized to include your company name and booth number! (Coming Soon)
- Get familiar with Lead Manager - The Lead Manager App is a powerful at-show sales tool that's included in your exhibitor package. Use your mobile device to scan attendees’ badges and easily collect their contact information.
- Exhibitor Dashboard - Located in the exhibitor hub. Access your leads and analytics from the show here. Be sure to ask your CSM if you have any questions.
- Complete Post-Show Survey - Let our team know about your experience by completing your post-show survey. Surveys will be sent to your registered email after the event.
- View and Download Leads from Exhibitor Dashboard - View and download your leads from the show in your Exhibitor Dashboard. Leads are available up to 90 days post show so don't wait.
