Health & Safety Guidelines

At JIS Shows and all RX Global events, your health and safety is our top priority. As part of this commitment, we’ve taken proactive steps and implemented new guidelines and policies to help support a safe experience. Everyone in attendance, including customers, vendors and staff, are expected to comply with our health and safety requirements.

FACE COVERINGS

In accordance with state and local law, as well as the requirements of the venue, all individuals are required to wear an approved face covering at all times while attending JIS Spring. Masks may be removed only momentarily when actively eating or drinking. For more details on approved face coverings, please click here.

INCREASED SANITIZATION AND HYGIENE

JIS has worked closely with The Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC) to implement cleaning and sanitization standards that meet or exceed the recommendations of the CDC. It is the responsibility of everyone to maintain personal hygiene, including washing your hands frequently. The MBCC Commitment can be found here.

FOLLOW ALL SIGNAGE AND DIRECTION FROM STAFF

Operational adjustments may occur throughout the event. Please adhere to all signage and direction from all staff, including our Safety Ambassadors.

The guidelines contained here are based on information currently available regarding COVID-19 and local or state guidelines with respect to large gatherings in the particular community. As more clarity with respect to these variables emerges, it is expected that these guidelines may need to be adjusted accordingly.

Please ensure you have read and follow our Health and Safety Acknowledgement linked below and review the CDC Guidelines for Prevention. By attending JIS Spring, you acknowledge this inherent risk.
