All reservations and any future changes or cancellations must be made by your firm directly with the hotel(s) of your choice. Rates shown are special rates to JIS attendees and are plus area taxes which average around 13%. JIS' opinion of each hotel, hotel rates and the various reservation procedure options are listed. Hotel cut-off dates for special rates are usually 30-45 days before the show or as noted if different. Most hotels require all cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival to avoid a one-day charge. When making reservations, you must use the group code number for each hotel to get the special JIS rates. This 528 room hotel has had an
upgrade renovation from Hilton.
Rooms are large and feature floor to
ceiling panoramic views of either

There is a large restaurant in the
hotel lobby. Hilton will be
offering free local and 800
telephone calls to reserved rooms.
The hotel is connected by a skywalk
to the shipping mall complex with

A Charming, small, quaint European
boutique hotel if this is your
style. Owners are from Spain
and have extensively remodeled this
1920 hotel with furnishings and
decor imported from Spain.
Lobby is an atrium throughout the
hotel's four stories and the
centerpiece is a large Jacuzzi in
the lobby. This hotel only has
about 50 rooms and there is a
restaurant/lounge off the lobby
serving breakfast and dinner.

Valet parking is $15.00 per night • 10-15 minute drive to the show Extremely large, full sized apartments with full kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms, etc. as this older luxury condominium is converted into a beachfront hotel rental property. This is not a full service hotel. Accommodations are generally large with the master 2 bedroom suite averaging around 2100 square feet. Rooms are a little “tired” but certainly acceptable. Hotel does not have a restaurant but Don Shula’s famous steakhouse is within walking distance. Other restaurants are within 5 minutes. Hotel also has a small mini-mart store on premises. |
