What is included in the basic booth package?

Your booth package comes with the following: pipe and drape, and carpet.  You should receive an invoice with your electrical order as well.  Booth furnishings are not included with your booth. 

What is included in a Galleria booth package?

Only booths located in the Galleria include a hardwall booth, poles for lights, and carpet. 

Where can I order tables and chairs as well as all other items for my booth?

What is the purpose of the exhibitor dashboard?

The Exhibitor Dashboard is your tool to success at the JIS Shows.  Take advantage of the free marketing in the dashboard that Attendees can view before the show.  In addition, this is where your information for the print directory is placed and you can register your staff for badges.  Access the Exhibitor Dashboard»

Why should I update the exhibitor dashboard?

Throughout many different shows and venues, there has been a strong correlation between exhibitors who update their information and the number of new buyers and potential buyers they meet at the show.

I can't access the Exhibitor Dashboard, what do I do?

When is the deadline to update my listing on the Exhibitor Dashboard to be printed in the directory? If the print directory deadline passed, should I still update my dashboard information?

The deadline to update your listing in the Exhibitor Dashboard is Friday, December 16.  Even if it does not appear updated in the print directory, your information still appears in the JIS Show Mobile App and the exhibitor list on the website.

How do I register my staff for badges?

Can I bring my own food and beverages to give out during the JIS Show?

No, you cannot bring your own food and beverages onto the Show Floor.  This includes outside bottles of water and snacks.  You must buy all food and beverage onsite at the Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center.

Where can I get a list of attendees who are registered for the show?

Due to privacy reasons; we do not give out a list of attendees who are at the show.
