On-Line Buyer Registration is a three step process, each of which must be completed prior to sending your registration request to JIS. If you have any questions please call our Buyer Director, Sean Bennett, at (561) 998-0205 Ext: 5

To Register as a Trade Buyer for a JIS Trade Show in Miami Beach, Florida you must first meet ALL of the credentialing requirements identified on our Buyer Requirements page under the Buyers Guide tab on the menu near the top of this page.

Once satisfied that both your company and attendees completely satisfy all of JIS' Buyer Requirements, you must be able to provide the following required information in order to complete the process:

(1) Company Information: including your e-mail address and the name of your Primary Show Contact regardless of whether or not they will attend the show themselves.

(2) Credentials: Documents demonstrating that your company meets JIS requirements.

(3) Attendee Names: Each attendee name registering under your company name, and documentary evidence of their affiliation with your company.

Once you have gathered the necessary information, you may begin with Step 2 in the below form.  Note that submission of this form does not by itself complete the registration process nor constitute acceptance by JIS. You are responsible for submitting any required credentials identified during the process and responding promptly and completely to any JIS inquiries regarding them.

On-Line Pre-Registration for the October 2013 Show CLOSES September 2, 2013. If you miss the deadline to Pre-Register for the upcoming show, please bring ALL of the required credentials and Photo ID to our ON-SITE Registration Desk at the show. We look forward to seeing you there.

Step 2: Your Jewelry Trade Credentials
Every buyer company must provide at least one of the following three credentials in order to gain admission to our show floor. Check each that applies.
JBT Member: Our company is a current member of the Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT) as a Jewelry Retailer or Wholesaler of finished jewelry and has entered our JBT ID# to the right. (JBT publishes its member list quarterly. If you joined recently, please provide copies of your JBT documents via Fax or E-Mail concurrent with registration.) JBT ID:
  If your Firm is not JBT Listed please see the two options listed below.

Invoices: Our company is providing invoice copies to JIS via Mail, Fax or E-Mail concurrent with this registration, that are in our Company Name and clearly show the purchase of finished jewelry goods totaling at least $15,000, with the total spread among at least 4 different vendors, during the past 12 months.

  Note: Jewelry Manufacturers or Loose Stone Dealers will not be admitted as Buyers under any circumstances.

Step 3: Attendee Names and Credentials
Each attendee whose name is checked has both a recent photo ID and business documents that demonstrate their affiliation with our company. We have sent copies to JIS via Mail, Fax or E-Mail concurrent with this registration.

Acceptable documents include business cards with both the Company Name AND the Attendee's Name, Processed Payroll check copies (front and back) w/Company AND attendee names, or other such business documents showing both the Company AND the Attendee names.

Guests will not be admitted. Documented spouses and minor children over 14 years of age will be permitted.
